Topic: The Path To Happiness
Swami Mukundananda’s discourses offer a unique insight into the divine world of Hindu Vedic scriptures, presented with a modern context. Learn how to lead a life of happiness and bliss and imbibe the timeless principles in your daily life.
Yoga and Meditation
You will work with 5 Yogic Sciences- Yogasan (yoga poses); Pranayam or breathing exercises; meditation; subtle body relaxation and science of proper diet. Yoga and Pranayam sessions will focus on helping back aches, knee ailments, allergies, functioning of the stomach and intestines, diabetes, toning the function of the kidneys, liver, gall bladder, and pancreas, and neck and shoulder ailments.
